Your role

 

This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to Financial Advisers.

 

  • Coordinate Financial Planner diaries and appointments
  • Client and portfolio management in Xplan
  • Implementation of clients on platforms
  • Implementation and management of risk insurance applications
  • Manage and implement client review process
  • Handle client enquiries
  • General business administration

  • Studies in financial planning highly regarded
  • Experience with insurance administration and implementation
  • Experience in financial planning administration highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Xplan highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
