Our Opportunity

 

The Administrative Assistant / Scanning Operator is responsible for the preparation and scanning of documents in accordance with standard agreements and agreed timeframes.

 

  • Ensure the mail is opened and scanned into correct systems
  • Work items are indexed as per the standard Australian Unity processes
  • Documents are archived correctly, retrieved as requested and within agreed timeframes.
  • RTS Mail is actioned within SLA’s
  • Cheques are scanned and prepared for collection within SLA’s  
  • Drive a genuinely, customer centric culture through sustained leadership commitment 


What are we looking for

 

We are searching for a professional who will join us in striving to live our values of bold, warm and honest, in everything we do.

 

Additionally we are also looking for;

 

  • Sound administrative experience covering a wide range of responsibilities
  • Experience with a previous scan room/ administrative, or similar role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 
  • Problem solving skills and solution focus
  • Communicate openly with a view to building relationships
