Our Opportunity

 

Reporting to the Cyber Security Manager (Identity and Access Management), you will provide technical support of BAU operations for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform in the Cyber Security team. This includes day to day support activities such as health checks and incident resolution, answering and troubleshooting user queries, onboarding applications to the IAM solution and supporting IAM uplift initiatives. This role will have a predominately technology focus, maintaining the day-to-day BAU running of the IAM services.

 

What you will do

 

  • Support IAM solution testing activities.
  • Contribute to the building of the BAU IAM onboarding service, including designing operational processes, developing collateral and defining onboarding patterns.
  • Database configuration and writing JavaScript. You will be required to configure the IAM solution to onboard applications.
  • Troubleshoot and provide level 2 support for the enterprise IAM solution (SailPoint IdentityIQ).
  • Collaborate with and support various technical and business stakeholders to document and understand onboarding requirements for each part of the business.
  • Maintain the IAM solution and services – work with the broader Cyber Security team to continuously improve the solution and services.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Previous Cyber / Information Security analysis experience. Prior exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with installation, integration, troubleshooting and log analysis of IAM products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Worked in a BAU technology support role, ideally within a large and complex organisational environment. 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in addition to knowledge of security principles, practice and standards (e.g. ISO27001, NIST CSF, PSPF, etc.).
  • Understanding of databases and SQL programming in addition to basic JavaScript skills.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise work to manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
