Our opportunity

 

The Cyber Security Manager (Identity & Access Management) plays a critical role to ensure that the identity, privilege and access management platform operates efficiently, adequately address security risks and maintain the integrity of IT operations to support Australian Unity business.

 

This role also manages the BAU operations and services for the IAM platform and will lead a team of technical analysts to maintain the day to day running of IAM services, incidents and managing the application onboarding program and coordinate the quarterly release cycles.

 

This role has both a business and technology focus, engaging the business to understand IAM needs and implementing this in the IAM enterprise solution. This will involve engaging with technology support and delivery teams and service provider/s for the BAU operations of IAM and to ensure that technical changes made align with recommended industry and vendor platform practices.

 

What you will do

 

  • Operate and maintain a secure and reliable IAM platform that delivers 99.9% uptime
  • Establish IAM standards and procedures that meet regulatory and internal policies requirements
  • Support Australian Unity business platforms and enabling units in the management of user provisioning and de-provisioning, re-certification of entitlements and compliance/audit reporting
  • Manage the IAM enhancements and defects backlog and implement quarterly release cycles
  • Maintain efficient day-to-day operations of the IAM platform and services.
  • Participate in identifying requirements and assisting the solution design for the IAM solution, as part of the quarterly release cycles.
  • Drive continuous and measurable process improvements and capability uplifts to deliver an effective and efficient onboarding program

 

What we are looking for

Additionally we are also looking for;

 

  • Demonstrated experience and capability in leading a team and managing an application development lifecycle that includes requirements gathering, system analysis, development, testing and production release
  • Demonstrated experience in operating and supporting an Identity and Access Management application system; SailPoint knowledge and experience would be well regarded
  • Relevant skills, experience and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access management concepts, process and industry practices
  • Hands on experience with configuration of user access certifications within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and execution of the certification campaigns including data reconciliation and reporting is highly desired
  • Applicable tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in information security, identity and access management, risk, compliance or audit related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others, drive cultural change and gain support for relevant initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
