The position

  • Business operational platforms and enabling units – operating platforms operate over Retail, Wealth and Capital Markets and Independent and Assisted Living functions. Specific lines of business exist within these business functions. The Data Steward is responsible for instilling cohesion within and across these business functions. 
  • Integrated information landscape, where a collection of related systems exist 
  • Across master data domains (e.g. customer, member, product)
  • Clearly documented and detailed Master Data Management (MDM)/Data Quality Management (DQM) tooling requirements aligned to business objectives

 

About you

 

We are searching for a professional who will join us in striving to live our values of bold, warm and honest, in everything we do.

 

Your expertise and qualifications will include:

  •  Ability to interpret policy requirements, with a view to uplifting relevant information governance policies, standards and processes
  • Sound knowledge and experience within information Governance Framework (IGF), particularly within the below areas:  
    • Data definitions and standards 
    • Data architecture 
    • Data quality management
    • Master reference and meta data management 
    • Data classification, security and privacy  
    • Data lifecycle management 
    • Records management
  • You will ideally come from a technical background, and are familiar with Databases and Datawarehouse’s
  • Strong SQL experience is essential 
  • Experience with Ataccama is beneficial
