Your New Role:

The Marketing Automation Lead is part of a centralized group digital channel team with end-to-end accountability for delivery of digital projects This role is responsible for designing and delivering best practice highly personalized multi-channels campaigns or journeys for achieving customer life cycle marketing strategy. It requires a focus on data-driven decisions, a passion for result, a commitment to action-oriented analysis and a relentless focus on the customer.

 

You will engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their work, demonstrating Agile behaviours that emphasize collaboration, delivery, reflection, and improvement.

 

Your New Role Looks Like This:

  • Analysis the requirements of the work and provide the stakeholders with the scalable solution and industry best practice to solve the challenges
  • Design and execute complex automation and journeys across various business products.
  • Data analysis to ensure the quality and requirements are met for the campaign execution
  • Execute ad-hoc campaigns across various business units
  • Create custom reports in Analytics Builder based on the requirements
  • Assist Digital Engagement Manager to drive a high-performance culture, increasing work capability and actively supporting the team
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders and other team members to deliver good quality of work through sprint planning

 

About You:

We are looking for an excellent communicator who will work closely with the Digital Engagement Manager, Marketing Automation Specialist, and wider team, as well as other technology, marketing, and business team members.

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and successfully delivered multi-channels campaigns and journeys
  • Experience with AMPScript, SQL, Cloudpages
  • Experience developing complex reports with Analytic Builder
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Understanding best practice in design, build and delivery for Marketing Automation and MarTech industry
  • Well-developed documentation and presentation skill
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn and a problem solver
