Your New Role:

Working in a busy internal studio environment, this position within our Brand & Content function, will be tasked with delivering and leading a compelling and consistent brand identity for Australian Unity. Success in the role will be achieved by designing a wide range of marketing and communication material across print and digital platforms, from concept through to finished art and delivering new visual identities for different areas of the business.


Your New Role Looks Like This:

  • Conceptualise and implement design ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns, content, sponsorships and event activations whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Select and/or design appropriate tools/templates and ensure designs for publication in various forms are appropriate to customer needs and expectations
  • Lead design projects from concept through to completion, providing final art
  • A key support to the Brand & Content team and other internal Graphic Designers
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop creative and effective visual identities for new products, services, developments and propositions across the enterprise
  • Deliver design solutions that are insights-led, best in class and meet the communication requirements of customers


About You:

We are looking for an excellent communicator who likes collaborating in a large corporate environment. Someone who is passionate about designing and delivering compelling brand, marketing, and corporate communications.

Does this sound like you?

  • Four or more years’ experience in a similar design role, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design and/or related fields.
  • Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; Acrobat Pro), essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of design principles for both print and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and applying corporate brand guidelines.
  • Able to project lead tasks and communicate concepts with stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.
