Your opportunity

 

We’re transforming our Talent and Workforce Acquisition function and with this have stood up a sourcing pillar that will support the growing workforce needs of our health and aged care business, Independent & Assisted Living.

 

Due to parental leave, we are now seeking an experienced employment brand and sourcing leader to join us on a 12-month contract based in either Melbourne or Sydney.  Working with the GM of Talent & Workforce Acquisition and our business leaders, you will get the chance to bring real wellbeing to life for our people. This role will drive our strategy and help us achieve our ambition to be Australia’s most trusted wellbeing company.

 

About this Role:

 

  • Continue to build our talent sourcing strategy and frameworks identifying and establishing new sourcing and attraction multi-faceted channels for activation and penetration.
  • In conjunction with our Brand and Marketing team develop EVP marketing campaigns to support attraction, sourcing and engagement initiatives.
  • Activate our EVP in the external market via sourcing, recruitment sourcing processes, candidates’ experiences, and outsourced affiliations.
  • Ensure our digital strategies are aligned to our Channels to Market to maximise channel effectiveness providing planning of attraction and engagement Digital roadmap, key milestones, resources, key metrics, and project adherence.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists passionate about careers in care (current team size 6) to provide innovative ways for engaging top of funnel talent across multiple audience segments

 

About you

 

We are searching for a professional who will join us in striving to live our values of bold, warm and honest, in everything we do.

 

Your expertise and qualifications will include:

 

  • Proven track record as an employment branding and talent sourcing professional, combined with well-practiced skills in managing and leading a team of talent sourcing specialists.
  • Highly experienced in the development of talent attraction and engagement strategies from inception through to operational optimisation.
  • Effective relationship building, stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the proven capability to manage and influence across a diverse client portfolio.
  • High customer and quality orientation mindset.
  • Solution-focus and data-driven approach and known for ability to proactively drive and implement process improvements.
  • Proficient working knowledge of HR tech and tools such as SuccessFactors or like ATS/CRM products, Qualtrics or other analytical products, candidate assessment products, and channels aimed at reaching and attracting high volumes of talent.
