Your role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Officer to join the friendly team in Northmead on a Full Time basis.


As the Lifestyle Officer,  your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 


  • Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
  • Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers
  • Assisting with care plans and programs
  • Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
  • Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed  



 About you


  • Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure - essential
  • Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
  • Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities.
  • Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
  • Availabilty to work Full Time: Monday-Friday and occasional weekends as per events
