About Your New Role


Your new role as Service Centre Manager – Home Care Services, will see you lead and manage our New England team, including a number of service centres located through the region.  


You will manage and lead the sites to deliver excellence in service delivery and care to your clients whilst developing an exceptional reputation in your region, through your effective people leadership and business operational skills.


About You


You will have demonstrated management experience in the delivery of community-based care services with an excellent understanding of Commonwealth Care Levels, assessment criteria and standards of operation for funded programs.


You will have successfully managed a multi-site business previously within a complex and changing organisation and where you have been effective around leading your teams through the change journey.


You will possess the following attributes and skills: 


  • Operational business management skills, including recruitment, resource management, process and business improvement and branch administration.
  • Exceptional people leadership experience, including effective management of remote and multi-site operations.
  • Effective skills around coaching and developing team and individual performance within a customer-centric business
  • Experience with managing financial budgets and planning
  • Accomplished Business Development skills and able to develop partnerships with community-based organisations and services
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care and Home Care packages would be highly regarded.
